*The fiber pillow filling production line consists of an automatic opening and feeding machine 、a pillow core filling machine, and a fiber ball machine .The total floor area is about 16 square meters.
*Applicable materials: 3D-15D high-fiber cotton, velvet and kapok (length 10-80mm), elastic latex particles, high-elasticity sponge particles, feathers and their mixtures. 1-5 materials can be mixed for filling.
*Filling accuracy: down: ±5 g; fiber : ±10 g. This machine is suitable for products: pillow cores, cushions, outdoor sleeping bags that are filled first and then quilted, etc. The filling nozzle is modularly configured: θ61mm, θ80mm, θ90mm, θ110mm, which can be replaced without any tools according to the product size.
*The pillow filling machine also can be linked with streamlined equipment such as sponge crusher and down unpacking machine to realize production automation.
